Nancy brings over 30 years of financial leadership experience, having served as a Controller, Director of Finance, VP of Finance, and CFO across three different companies. Nancy began her career in public accounting and banking before moving into private business. She holds a BSBA in Accounting from Shippensburg University and has completed executive financial leadership programs at Stanford and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Her combination of education and hands-on leadership experience gives her a practical understanding of the financial and operational challenges businesses face.

 

As a fractional CFO, Nancy understands that successful financial management goes beyond the numbers. From cash flow management and forecasting to succession planning and strategic growth, she helps business owners make informed decisions and build a strong financial foundation for the future. She is also passionate about giving back to her community, having served on the boards of United Way, the Lancaster Chamber, and Schreiber Pediatric.
