Nancy brings 30+ years of financial leadership experience, progressing from public accounting and banking into Controller, VP of Finance, and CFO roles across three diverse organizations. As a Lancaster County native with a strong commitment to her community, she combines hands-on executive experience with a practical understanding of how financial strategy, operations, and business growth work together. Nancy holds a BSBA in Accounting from Shippensburg University and has completed executive CFO programs through Stanford and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
